#DevPath with Usha: Empowering Aspiring Developers.

I began my programming journey in 2013 while studying at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. At Kelvin Academy, I struggled without proper guidance and eventually had to stop. In 2018, I tried learning on my own through online resources, but progress was slow, and getting a tech job was very difficult.

Things changed when my friend, Eziokwubundu C., introduced me to Decagon Institute. This program gave me hands-on experience, improved my skills, and taught me what it means to work like a professional developer. Looking back, I wish I had that kind of mentorship from the very beginning.

Now, I see many people in the same position I was—interested in software development but unsure how to start. That’s why I’m launching DevPath with Usha—to offer the guidance and support I once needed.
